In the #samsung #A045 (#SM-A047) there is a quite common power-on failure and it is the following: when you connect the equipment to the power supply it has no initial consumption but when you press the power ******* on it immediately reaches a consumption that can reach 1.2 amps and when you release the power ******* on the consumption immediately drops to zero, this is due to a short in a secondary line and in this case that line is the #VDD_EMMC_2P85 which is an LDO power output for the memory that is generated by the PMIC, in order to determine which is the component that has the short you can inject 2.8v into that line and you will notice how quickly the capacitor C5138 heats up, which is usually the component that usually shorts on this line and what you should do is remove it from the board and replace it and you will have a repaired equipment turning on correctly.
This is the capacitor C5138 which usually shorts and is the one you should replace.
